Message from the Head of Department

Dear Students and Prospective Candidates,

Welcome to the Department of Management Information Systems.

In today’s world, not only accessing information but also analyzing it accurately, integrating it into management processes, and using technology effectively have become critically important. With its interdisciplinary structure that brings together management science and information technologies, our department aims to educate individuals who can think analytically, solve problems, adhere to ethical values, and develop innovative solutions.

The education offered in our department is based on a contemporary and practice-oriented curriculum covering information systems, software, data management, business analytics, decision support systems, and management processes. While our students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, they also have the opportunity to develop themselves in areas of interest through elective courses. In addition, through the double major and minor programs we offer, our students have the opportunity to graduate from different departments within the university.
